In our prenatal classes, we strive to build community, educate, and make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in your body. Prenatal Yoga classes are open to all trimesters, and are offered three times a week. Gentle Yoga classes are also pregnancy friendly, and are included below in our schedule of offerings.
