Be Well Integrative Health Services’ advanced 300hr Yoga Training program brings you to a higher level of teaching and a deeper level of practice. The content of this training is developed and designed by a team of experts who share a common philosophy grounded in years of teaching experience, the latest movement research and dialogs, and a love for one of our world’s most ancient practices.
You will learn principles of observing people and bodies and refine your skills of responding and adapting to what you see and hear from your students. This training is the first weekend of every month (with some exceptions, see calendar below), Saturday and Sunday, 12-6pm both days, from October 2023 – March of 2025. Upon completion you will be able to register as a 500-hr RYT with the Yoga Alliance.
