Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Join our 30-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training to explore how stretching and mindfulness affect physiology and psychology, and discover therapeutic applications that support wellbeing and balance in mind, body and spirit. Yin Yoga is a quieter practice that soothes the nervous system by holding poses for long periods of time, complementing a dynamic Yang practice and busy lifestyle. Throughout the training, you can expect meditation practices intermingled with lecture, light vinyasa and yin yoga – taught by Tisha Giangiordano, E-RYT 500, YACEP.
