Kids Yoga

Julie Rebels (RYT-200, CCYT) earned her 95-hour Children’s Yoga certification in 2023, and offers an introduction to yoga and mindfulness for children and teens.

Kids need tools to self-soothe, manage stress and express themselves. Julie takes a fun, creative approach to movement, meditation, breath work and relaxation in a safe, supportive environment. A great addition to team sports, yoga helps reduce overuse injuries and teaches mental focus.

Teens: Mental Health Support

Be Well IHS has a licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed clinical social worker on staff to support the needs of adolescents and their families — using a warm, collaborative evidence-based approach to treatment.

Our practitioners provide evaluation, treatment and support for:

  • anxiety, depression, and related mood disorders
  • eating disorder mental health therapy
  • self-harm and conduct disorders
  • identity development, transgender and gender nonconforming individuals through medical, legal and social transitions.

We are here to provide clients with practical tools and strategies to help them manage their symptoms and cope with the challenges of recovery. This may involve teaching mindfulness techniques, stress management skills, and strategies for managing triggers. Our practitioners will tailor their therapeutic services to each client’s specific needs and preferences, which can lead to more successful and sustainable health outcomes.
