Mental Health Support

The counseling process is, in many ways, like an educational experience. The individual can learn more about him/herself, but also acquires new skills.

Sometimes, counseling involves learning more about a particular condition (e.g., depression, anxiety, eating disorders) by which the person is affected, so that he/she can better understand treatment options.

Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy™

Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT™) is a powerful modality for people at any age who feel stuck despite “doing all the things” for their mental health. It explores the connection between our brain and our body, as it relates to trauma. Any unresolved emotional stress—past or present—affects the nervous system in an adverse way that may lead to physical, mental, and emotional breakdown.

QNRT is designed to reset the neurological pathways of the body.

This process can help to reduce stress, tension, and related pain; remove destructive behavior patterns; overcome certain debilitating illnesses; repair relationships; and regain energy and vitality, ultimately allowing you to live happily and fulfilled without unseen barriers.

QNRT allows you to let go

…of old behaviors, patterns, and attitudes that no longer serve you, ultimately leading to a more authentic, balanced version of yourself.

Read this article about one patient’s experience learning about QNRT and her results.

QNRT is a powerful addition to talk therapy. Are you ready to see yourself in a New Light? QNRT is available on Wednesdays by appointment only.
