Perimenopause and Menopause Care

Perimenopause and menopause bring real, sometimes surprising changes — physical, mental, and emotional. Fluctuating hormones can cause joint pain, brain fog, sleep disturbance, weight gain, changing bone density, frozen shoulder, mood swings and more. These changes can feel disorienting, but they’re not something you have to manage alone.

At Be Well Integrative Health Services we stay on top of the latest research and combine evidence-based medicine with gentle, natural approaches so you can feel like yourself again — with a personalized plan that treats the whole person.
