In our prenatal classes, we strive to build community, educate, and make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in your body. Yoga postures are used with a mindful exploration to leave you feeling more prepared for whatever lies ahead in your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
These classes are open to all trimesters, and are offered three times a week. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you will enjoy specific movements designed to bring energy and stability to the pregnant body.
