300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Be Well Integrative Health Services’ advanced 300 hour Yoga Training program brings you to a higher level of teaching and a deeper level of practice. The content of this training is developed and designed by a team of experts who share a common philosophy grounded in years of teaching experience, the latest movement research and dialogs, and a love for one of our world’s most ancient practices.

You will learn principles of observing people and bodies and refine your skills of responding and adapting to what you see and hear from your students.  Upon completion you will be able to register as a 500-hr RYT with the Yoga Alliance.

Our current training is in session. To be notified when our next training will begin, email us!
