Kids Yoga
Julie Rebels (RYT-200, CCYT) earned her 95-hour Children’s Yoga certification in 2023, and offers an introduction to yoga and mindfulness for children and teens.
Kids need tools to self-soothe, manage stress and express themselves. Julie takes a fun, creative approach to movement, meditation, breath work and relaxation in a safe, supportive environment. A great addition to team sports, yoga helps reduce overuse injuries and teaches mental focus.
