Pilates Flow (Power)

Wednesdays at 6:15-7:00pm | 45 minutes

This is Lexi’s signature power class.
Fast-paced, athletic, and energizing, Pilates Flow is designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and focus from start to finish.

Expect:

  • Continuous movement

  • Deep core activation

  • Minimal rest, maximum effort

  • A strong, sweaty finish

Perfect if you love a go-go-go class that leaves you feeling powerful and accomplished.


Pilates: Core & Restore

Saturdays at 9:45–10:30am | 45 minutes

This class brings the same intelligent programming—with more space to breathe.

You’ll move through challenging, Pilates-based core work with intentional pauses, smoother transitions, and a full cool-down to stretch, reset, and care for your nervous system.

Expect:

  • Focused core and stability work

  • Time to slow down and integrate

  • Stretching and mindful recovery

  • A grounded, confident finish

Ideal as a complement to Wednesday night—or as your primary Pilates practice.
