Tisha is an experienced yoga teacher & educator. Her passion to help others conceive grew from her own struggles to get pregnant. After trying for over a year, she was encouraged to use donor eggs due to her age, low responsiveness to fertility medication and several failed attempts at IVF. She is now the proud mother of her daughter Kaia.

Tisha completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training at YogaWorks in 2017 with Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch and continued to study with them for an additional 100-hr Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release Therapy Training. Shortly after, she became a Yoga Tune Up® Instructor (2017) trained by Laurel Beversdorf and Elizabeth Wipff.
