Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle, developmentally-centered class designed for parents and caregivers to practice yoga with their babies (ages 6 weeks to pre-walking). Enjoy yoga poses, rhymes and activities that provide developmentally beneficial interaction between adult and child.

This class gives parents & caregivers the tools they need to bond with and comfort their little ones as they grow into their bodies and explore their surroundings. Class includes yoga poses for parents to release tension in areas that may feel tight, burdened and stressed (including your mind!) And since life with a new baby can be overwhelming, we foster a community that will support and address both the physical and emotional challenges that come with this early stage of parenthood.

Therapeutic & Prenatal Massage Therapist

Victoria Alfonzo, LMT

When Victoria was a child, she dreamed of being both an artist and a massage therapist. Today, she’s living both passions—blending creativity, intuition, and therapeutic skill into every session.

After earning her BFA in Photography and Printmaking, Victoria followed her curiosity to Hawaii, where her love for healing touch deepened. She later completed a 1,000-hour massage therapy program in Iowa and became nationally certified and licensed in both Iowa (2011) and New Jersey (2013).

Massage has been part of Victoria’s life since childhood—she fondly recalls comforting her grandfather by massaging his feet when she was six years old. That early experience shaped her belief that simple, compassionate touch can ease pain and foster connection.

Victoria’s mission is to help women feel supported through every stage of life—whether that means reconnecting with their bodies, nurturing themselves through pregnancy and postpartum, or simply refilling their cup after caring for others.

Her approach is deeply therapeutic and highly individualized. Each session begins with a thoughtful intake to understand your needs, followed by a customized massage drawing from her broad range of techniques. She provides all the necessary cushions for prenatal and postpartum clients and uses jojoba oil, gentle on all skin types.

Regular continuing education keeps her practice informed and up to date; her most recent advanced prenatal training was completed in July 2025.

Victoria invites you to arrive just as you are—this is a judgment-free space designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and begin healing from the inside out.
