The Experience
🔥 Core Flow (Wednesdays 6:15–7:00 PM)
A dynamic, breath-driven yoga-Pilates fusion class that brings focused heat and intelligent sequencing. Energizing Vinyasa transitions are woven with targeted core strengthening to activate deep stabilizer muscles, improve posture, and build sustainable strength.
✨ Core Flow + Restore (Saturdays 9:45–10:30 AM)
An open-level core and stretch class that balances challenge with spaciousness. Strengthen and stabilize, then lengthen and reset with dedicated stretch and mindful cool down — leaving you grounded and steady for your weekend.
Together, these spring fitness classes offer variety and progression. Attend one or both to create a balanced weekly rhythm of strength training, mobility, and restoration.
