This fun & supportive class is designed by Lori Della Valle specifically for moms with babies aged 6-weeks to pre-walking.* We understand the challenge of finding “me-time” after childbirth, so we created a space where you can exercise alongside your baby.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Effective Workouts: We’ll use safe and effective exercises with modifications for all fitness levels. We’ll incorporate resistance bands and dumbbells (where appropriate) to target areas that need strengthening after childbirth.
- Happy Babies: Playful activities and songs will keep your little one engaged while you work out.
- Supportive Community: Build connections with other moms, share experiences, and feel empowered to prioritize your well-being.
- Improved Health: Exercise is essential for postpartum recovery, boosting mood, reducing stress, and increasing overall energy levels.
